關於撤件

來說說撤件，其實就是寫個信到 taipei-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca即可。我的撤件過程是：

To: taipei-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

Subject: Request to withdraw my immigration application. (...File number...)

I would like to withdraw my application.

然後CTOT回信說：

Hello,

This refers to your inquiry to withdraw your case XXXXXXXX.

Please send us a withdraw letter including your file number, full name, date of birth, contact e-mail/phone and your signature.

You may fax the letter to our office at XXXXXXXX or scanned and send by e-mail.

Thank you.

接下來我依照上面指示寫了一張宣告，用數位相機拍下來然後把照片用email寄去。過幾天就收到申請書了。

如果有人要撤件的話，其實就是直接找一張紙寫下上述要求的資訊，email過去應該就可以了。
